In this one day workshop we will be heading out to a nature trail for a 1.5 km walk where we will be taking the time to explore our senses , practice grounding techniques, learning about mindfulness and do some mindful walking, we will also learn about the healing power of trees, nature as a metaphor, we will do some mediation, self reiki, yoga poses, and have a tea ceremony. In some extended workshops there will be a session with labyrinth.

In this one day workshop we will explore relationships with a mindfulness perspective. We will explore the 5 keys to mindful loving, learn to increase intimacy, strengthen communication, and enhance our well being and improve our relationships in daily life.

Mindfulness at the Beach

In this one day workshop, we will learn about blue mind, do some mindful walking on the beach, do some beach meditations, and walk a beach labyrinth.* (certain days may have surprises pending weather)
