In this 12 week program, we set life goals and unravel self discovery, we learn about the value of a strong support system, how to get past roadblocks in our life and recovery, learn different coping mechanisms that foster well being and learn to share our story and how hearing other stories can all promite healing for the ongoing journey.
In this 12 week program we will understand what addiction is, about co occurring disorders, decision making, motivation, about the change cycle, about goal setting and behavior modification, we will learn mindfulness, serenity, learning how to take charge of our health, manage our emotions, relationships, self esteem, and the relationships with ourselves.
In this one day workshop we will explore our relationships with ourselves and others in sobriety. We will learn proper ways to make amends, the challenges in relationships we face, and how to foster resilience in our relationships with ourselves and others. we will also learn about social anxiety, and the importance of building positive relationships and supports.

This 12 week program will be held at a horse ranch and will focus on horsemanship for those who are newly sober in their recovery journey to acquire life skills, teach responsibility, communication, teamwork and cooperation, as well as to develop mindfulness and self awareness. therapeutic riding and mindfulness practices will also be explored for healing

This program is a 9 week program that assists in stress management, relapse prevention strategies, increase motivation and helps with changing behaviors and habits.
